Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
When booking a cruise and a payment isn't received within 24 hours the specific time will NOT be reserved for you.
All cruises are subject to a minimum number of passengers per vessel.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 72 hours before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure will NOT be refunded.
In the event of a no show or late arrivals, no refund or rescheduling will be allowed. In order to go on the next cruise you must book again and pay.
If the company cancels, customers will be offered a rescheduled trip or a full refund.

Weather Conditions
Cruises are weather dependent.
The skipper will assess weather conditions and decide on the safety of the trip.
If a trip is cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions, customers will be offered a rescheduled trip or a full refund.

Check In
Passengers must report to the boat at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Late arrivals may result in the forfeit of the booking without a refund or rescheduling.

Safety and Conduct
All passengers must follow the safety instructions provided by the crew.
Life jackets must be worn by children under 12 years old at all times.
The skipper's decision is final regarding all safety matters.
NO WEAPONS will be allowed on board.

Liability
The Prospero Charters, is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
Passengers participate in the trip at their own risk. The company is not liable for any injury or death resulting from the trip, except where such injury or death is due to the company's negligence.

Alcohol and Drug Policy
No alcohol or drugs are permitted to be sold on board.
Any passenger under the influence will not be allowed to board and will not receive a refund.
